JRD Tech offers remote support to our business clients via our Managed Services plans which start at $15mo per computer for Monitoring Only or $5mo agent access.  Our remote rates are $80hr one hour mininum.  If you belong to our Hybrid Managed Service or Full Managed Service plan remote support is included with your plan at no additional charge.  Our remote support is ideal for home based clients & businesses ranging from 1-100 people. 

How it works:

1. Sign up to our managed service plan or agent access plan. 
2. Call, text, or email to describe what the problem Managed Service clients get priority but we try to get to everyone as soon as humanly possible.
3. You have the option to allow us access anytime or you can choose to have a secret code that you need to give us to access your system.  
4. We perform the work & fix your issue. Payment is rendendered if applicable.
